At Dimension we are true believers that a partnership is a two way street. That is why we allow partners to migrate in and out of leases easily and painlessly. For example: we will allow a customer to upgrade a server or to return 50 PCs prior to lease–end. All of this is possible by simply signing a one page letter adjusting the term and/or the monthly rate, depending on the cost of the changes.

Where manufacturers are restricted to dealing with their own brands of equipment, Dimension has the ability to trade–in Compaq PCs toward an IBM AS 400, a corporate aircraft, or an MRI, etc. Because we are not vendor specific, clients can not only trade–in almost any type of asset, but they can also purchase almost any type of IT from Dimension.
